Weekly Timesheet Calculator
A full week of shifts converted to decimal hours.
Enter each day's punches and unpaid breaks — watch daily and weekly decimal totals build live, with employer-grade FLSA rounding and CSV export.
Week of __ / __ / ____
Week total
35.50 decimal hours
= 2,130 worked minutes
Gross pay
$710.00
Values marked ! have a break longer than the shift — fix the row to include it in the total. Empty days are ignored.
Rounding rules
Neutral FLSA rounding, explained.
When rounding is enabled, each punch time is snapped to the nearest increment before subtraction — the FLSA-safe approach that treats employee and employer symmetrically:
8:07 → rounds to 8:00
8:08 → rounds to 8:15 (≥ 7½ min past)
17:52 → rounds to 17:45
17:53 → rounds to 18:00The same logic drives 5-minute and 6-minute modes (the latter common in 10th-of-an-hour systems). Totals without rounding are always available — just set the selector to Off.
Guide
Payroll-ready in three steps.
1 — Enter punches. Fill each day's clock-in, clock-out and unpaid break. Overnight shifts need no special handling.
2 — Pick a rounding policy. Match whatever your handbook specifies, or keep exact minutes. Every change recalculates instantly.
3 — Read the numbers. Daily decimals, the weekly sum and gross pay at your rate are all live — then export CSV for payroll or print the sheet for signature.
Because everything runs locally in your browser, employee data never leaves the device — safe even for sensitive rosters.
